Process of admission to study at the Latvian-German Vocational Education CENTER

1. You register on the website https://business-de.com and choose a profession

2. Confirm that you already have a professional or higher education in any field

3. You send to our e-mail INFO@BUSINESS-DE.COM a copy of your passport and a copy of the document on your existing professional or higher education. The education document must include a statement of grades (transcript of grades) and all attachments. Download the application and send it to us by email INFO@BUSINESS-DE.COM

4. We issue you an invoice for 200 euros for confirmation of your diploma at the Academic Information Center of Latvia (https://aic.lv) and within a month we receive a certificate of compliance of your education with the Latvian education system

5. You fill out Table 1 (see below) and send it to us by email INFO@BUSINESS-DE.COM

6. After confirmation of your diploma, we send you a study contract for signing, which is mandatory for obtaining a visa at the embassy and the Migration Department of Latvia.

We send you a study contract signed on our part, as well as an agreement on the part of the hotel, which indicates your future place of residence (accommodatinon)

7. You read and sign the agreement

Send the signed and scanned contract to us at our email INFO@BUSINESS-DE.COM

8. We submit documents to the Migration Department (https://www.pmlp.gov.lv/en) to issue an invitation and issue an invoice for payment of 50% for the first year of study.

The price depends on the profession you choose (see the website).

If your visa is denied, only your tuition fee will be refunded.

9. When the Migration Department sends the invitation number (the period for issuing an invitation takes from a week to a month), we notify you and you go to the embassy with all the necessary documents (see TO REQUEST A VISA, YOU MUST SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS on the main page of the website)

10. When you receive permission from the embassy, you buy a plane ticket and come to Latvia

11. Upon arrival in Latvia, you pay the remaining 50% for the first year of study and provide documents from Table 2 (see below)

12. Apply for a residence permit for the entire period of study and receive a Latvian ID card
